Han and I flew to Brisbane for
Adore Home Magazine to shoot some glorious rooms last weekend. The first excitement was actually meeting the editor of
Adore, Miss Loni in the flesh finally! She could not have been nicer, and it made the weekend seem like a mini holiday, especially getting to shoot some of the most colourful and thoughtfully decorated homes in Brisbane. What made it really special was seeing people's reactions to their mini temporary room makeovers. We found that the women loved seeing a fresh take on their spaces which was really rewarding for us as a team.

Fortunately we got to stop by a few amazing shops, this one above is
St Barts in Fortitude Valley and we just may have taken this print right off the wall for a shoot! (see below...)
Nikki loved seeing us change the look of her spare room, the Spiro wallpaper was the perfect backdrop for this bedroom shoot and Nikki had an absolute abundance of furnishings for us to pull the look together with. Thanks for the treats and for coming back from your holiday early especially for us!
The final shoot was at an incredible home, it was a quintessential Queenslander family home fit out to perfection. Think library, wrap around balconies, fire places, office space all surrounded by lush green trees. I can't wait until we can share all these wonderful shoots with you all. Stay tuned!
