flipping through vogue living australia and i came across this absolute masterpiece of a home located in the historic place des vosges in paris (where else). it's owned by a british family and was designed by interior designer marianne tiegen. the herringbone floors, the dusty pinks, the chandeliers, all mixed in with those modern pieces, this is a dream house...

Parisian apartments – there’s not much I can say other than ‘can I be teleported into one IMMEDIATELY?’ the floors, the mouldings, the chic furniture, the art, the light, the white, the marble bathrooms, the toys. i was reading the sept/oct issue of architectural digest paris and came across a familiar room (above), familiar because i did a post on photographer jerome galland who captured this paris residence, turns out it belongs to architects and designers patrick gilles and dorothee boissier of gilles et bossier. here are some more images of their beautiful home from their website
