My most favourite find over the past month or so has been these gold lamps. I almost didn't buy them as I have so many friggen lamps, plus Jules would kill me, but then I came to my senses and made that purch.Other delights I have come across include...

If you visit me on a regular basis you may recall I hyperventilate when I can't handle how good something is, this is one such time and the best part is it comes from AUSTRALIA, you little beauty! It's the Bucket Table by Kate Stokes from Melbourne company Coco Flip. Concrete and brass and hidden compartments. It's insane and I'm in love. I feel like all my other furniture can go to hell and I can just have this one table in my home. Agree?

1 worlds away

Regency Distribution has brought the World's Away designs to Australia - how. bloody. exciting. Finally something different to what's currently on offer here in Australia. For me, I need to really restrain myself and make sure I don't go on gold overload, just a few little accent pieces like the Stephan floor lamp or one of these gorgeous stools above.

2 bitch stole my look

Bitch stole my look. There's not much else I have to say about Regency Distribution and their World's Away collection now available in Australia. Let's deconstruct this scene: the gold maga base and cow hide on the floor? I feel like maybe I soaked up the look via telepathy. It does confirm something for me, I do not love a glass top, even on this delicious scene they have created. I need something more solid and less of a dust collector. Hopefully the marble slab I found over the weekend works!

If ever there was a match made in heaven it would be lucite and gold. Jonathan Adler has hit the jackpot with his new range of display shelves and tables. To say I am obsessed with these is putting it mildly. All I can think about is how much better my life would be with one of these etagere's in it (too much?) Anyway, take a gander at all his wares for yourself and see what I'm talking about

god, with the amount of IKEA posts i've done lately you'd think i work there! yet again i am impressed with a hack on the VITTSJO shelves found here on this blog. i also found someone else who did the same but used gold leaf which looks amazing, check hers out here for a tutorial. after seeing the price of the ones i love in coco i think this is going to be my only option!

9 rings

i need a new friend for my rings (the jordy askill was purchsed years ago and has been reshaped a million times because i keep bending it and the pink gold love band was my engagement ring). i am particularly enamored with the forefinger ring variety and, predictibly, anything gaia repossi (this one please). i am getting a wedding band made this week which is skinny and sparkly in pink gold but i want something that is more costume-y without being costume jewellry because, as luck would have it, anything other than silver or gold tends to explode on my body, even gold plated doesnt work. does anyone have any suggestions?
