4 glossy box/lust have it final delivery

i decided that i am over beauty product subscriptions so i cancelled my last one, glossybox lust have it. this last bag i received was pretty good, it had: 1 x l'eau de chloe perfume spray sample, 1 x marc jacobs lola spray sample (i love perfume samples, they smell stronger), travel size batiste dry shampoo in blush, full size bloom shade & line 3 in 1 eyeliner in black (going to try this one), lonvitalite 24k gold eye mask and golden yulan oil facial mask all in a hideous purple case. for me, this was the best one yet! but i won't be fooled anymore, i know the next one will probably be full of crap - goodbye lust have it.

8 glossy box has a new name

and it's lust have it. this was my first delivery: polyester pink beauty case (chuck), lush 'lust' soap (chuck), showface professional eyeshadow in a lovely pink (chuck), nicole by OPI ultimate trendsetter's lacquer in shiny purple (chuck), chloe l'eau de chloe spray sample (keep! super yummy), biore pore unclogging scrub, triple action toner and combo pore strips (keep - since going off the pill last year my skin has been crazy so i will try anything!). enough to keep me for another round.

2 glossy box number five

glossybox five has arrived with some goodness inside: avene cleanser and toner (travel size), klorane dry shampoo (travel size), thin lizzy concealer (decent size), the body shop chocomania body butter sachet and a neon pink power balance bracelet. not bad, as i love avene products and i use klorane all the time, all in all, pretty happy!

0 beauty basket number one

firstly, sorry for the hideous blackberry photo but i am at work, hence the awful carpet. my new subscription to beauty box began today and here's what i got: yes to cucumbers soothing on the go facial towelettes full size, australis paparazzi perfect eyeshadow in snap attack full size, agent provocateur eau emotionelle EDT sample, miessence sunflower body wash small bottle and nourishing hand cream sachet and avene ystheal creme anti aging treatment care for dry skin sample bottle. it all came in a little basket which is not cute, i prefer the glossybox packaging. it also came with a copy of just be magazine and if you stay with beauty basket for 3 months you get a full years subscription to it. did anyone else get this basket? what did you think of it? i will give it 3 boxes and see what it's like, as for glossy, well let's see how the next box goes...

2 glossy box number four

glossybox four is in and it's a valentines day special - the box is neon pink (cute) and came with a roll of love heart candy (cuter). i got a full size australis colour inject lipgloss in bollywood, a 60ml proactiv deep cleansing wash, a carmex moisture plus lip balm, a star and rose floral wonderland emergency nail files pack and a full size lily loves pearl balance me sweet orange botanical toner. i guess it was kind of ok this time, not bad enough to make me leave not good enough to make me excited. on another note i have just signed up to another box and if they are really good i will make the switch.

9 glossybox number three

ok, so third glossybox arrived, did it make the cut?  here's what i got: a nivea rich nourishing body moisturiser (travel size), sheer cover nourishing moisturiser spf 15+ (travel size), sheer cover lip gloss in pink praline (full size), estee lauder advanced night repair synchronised recovery complex (travel size), sally hansen insta dry fast dry nail colour in petal pusher (full size) and (drum roll)..........some australia day temporary tattoos. i am not joking and i nearly died when i saw them. why do it glossy box!?! anyway, it was a pretty good box, i will probably use all the products (especially those tattoos tomorrow - watch out)

despite these, i am staying for another box...

5 glossy box number two = a big fat zero

dear glossy box, i do not have frizzy hair and i am not a male, i also do not wear maroon lip liner, this is why i took the time to fill out your extensive beauty profile, so i wouldn't open my box to find hair fudge and frizz ease, rather, i would find product that actually related to my needs that YOU asked me about. i will give you another chance in case next time you redeem yourself.

1 glossy box numero uno

my first glossy box has finally arrived! i was trying not to have high expectations so it was a pleasant surprise to find these inside...

bio oil, essie polish in smooth sailing, jurlique ultra firm and lift cream, bobbi brown cleansing oil, mirenesse 3D forever gloss in hot kiss and some pink jelly beans. pretty good first impression - i can't wait to get decembers box!

1 glossybox

so so excited about this new (well for me it's new) service called glossybox - it's basically a website you subscribe to that sends you a customised (you fill out a beauty profile) box filled with 5 small sized beauty products once a month for $14.95 per month. they only deal with brands like YSL, biotherm, marc jocobs fragrance, essie, clinique, jurlique, shu uemura and more so you know you aren't going to end up with a whole lot of junky product. apparently it's HUGE in the states and just getting started here so my guess it the products will just keep getting better the more people use it. i just signed up and can't wait to get my first glossybox which i will share with you as soon as it arrives. click here to see how it all works and thanks hannah for showing me!
