1 DIY: project chair

firstly, i am sorry for the offensive photos, i am looking to get a good camera very soon. this is the chair i bought at the antique centre on the weekend. it was sitting all lonley in a jumble of other chairs and you couldn't possibly guess why this one caught my eye, could you?! it's an old tub chair with the most delicious hessian back and rattan sides but the gold paint job is hideous and the pink seat actually looks like an old beach towel up close. so, alot of work to do but i am very excited to get started hopefully this weekend and show you the finished product in the coming weeks...watch this space! p.s. the fact that it was $50 wasn't bad either.
