0 DIY: chair update

so, an update on project chair. i julian coated on the paint stripper this morning and at least one coat of grotty old gold paint came off leaving a faded white underneath with hints of the original wood. i also removed the pink towel like seat and plier-ed out all the staples from fabrics gone by. i might give it one more go myself with the paint stripper but i am thinking it might be easier just to pay someone to do it. has anyone ever done this before and have any hints for me?
