pics: harpers bazaar, the coveteur
this dress is so good it gives me shivers. designed by carolina herrera from her a/w 2010/11 collection, i first saw it at the coveteur (right pic) and then more recently when i was looking at tamara mellon's apartment. it's breathtakingly beautiful but you need perfect arms to wear it, which unfortunately i don't!

WOW! On second glance to this dress (I was skimming through the article originally looking at the interiors), it's AMAZING!! From the fitted bodice to the expertly ruffled skirt....I'm sure your arms are fine. 'Barbie arms' cure all jiggles!
