5 N.H.T

okay, so this is the 'natural history tray' owned and named by AHS (BF's mum) and has been slowly built over time; the boar tusk and brass egg stand (ebay), the porcupine quills (ebay) in the horn cup, the marsupial skull (lake tekapo), the smoky crystal, coral and the glass orb (from the Flamant store in PARIS thank you very much). all on a delicious filigree silver tray. it lives on a hall table with diptyque or cire trudon candles and chunky coffee table books all styled to perfection.

  1. Absolutely beautiful arrangement! I'm amazed at what you've found on ebay!!!! Thank you for yesterdays gorgeous post too. I LOVED the 'antler' bowl and did some research and found it was made by ceramic artist Gregory Bonasera in Melbourne. I was able to track down his details and had a terrific conversation with him about his work! (And I bought the bowl too!) Can't wait for it to arrive!!!

  4. Hi again Claudia. Was still thinking about your little antler bowl and how much I love it. I featured your post on my blog today; I had to share my excitement! I hope you approve. I haven't ever referenced anything before so I hope I have used/ detailed the source appropriately. I would be happy to modify anything if I have made a 'blog-etiquette' error!
